If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Photos/videos of the issue

* An uncut opening video of the package

Approved returns (where applicable) must be:

* Unworn and unused

* In original packaging

* Returned within the timeframe provided by LifeBox Luxe

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
